Dominican Republic marriage records
We can get yours for you!
Marriage certificates are the Dominican public documents we are most asked for.
Most Dominican marriages are civil, officiated by a registrar or civil judge at the local registry office, in the family home of the bride or groom, or in one of the many beach resorts around the country.
Many of our marriage-certificate clients require their certificate to petition for divorce, others in order to obtain a new passport, or to prove eligibility for state or federal aid, social security or pensions.
Most clients who order their marriage certificates from us, are Brits, Canadians or US citizens who got married in the Dominican Republic in a destination wedding, in a resort such as Bayahibe, La Romana, Luperón, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana or Samaná.
I have just discovered photographs of my husband with another woman. They appear to be dressed as newlyweds. Can you run a check to verify if they actually got married? Sort of. We would ideally need to know the date, and place of suspected marriage, as well as full names of both bride and groom.
I am looking to verify a marriage in the area of Puerto Plata. What is your cost and turn around time? We charge a search fee, the amount charged depends on how much information you can give us regarding time and place of marriage as well as the names of the bride and groom.
